The project will include renovation to an existing apartment complex. Renovations will include both building-wide improvements such as new roofs, heating and cooling system upgrades, and replacement windows. Selective upgrades within individual apartments will include new countertops, cabinetry, carpeting and appliances. As of October 2019, the project is on hold. The owner is in the process of applying for grant funding and tax credits for project. No applications or building permits have been submitted into the county of Lancaster. Information regarding the architect and general contractor have not been disclosed.
