Driveway Repair at (5) Lewis County 911 Tower Sites

Services including driveway repair at each tower site, including but not limited to 1) Montague Tower - Clear 10’ of trees to left of driveway, widen driveway 5’ to left of driveway, widen driveway at left of fence 10’ and shape drainage swale, widen driveway 5’ to right from electric transformer to inside corner of driveway, top all areas with 3” of 1½” minus crushed stone and shape for drainage. Clean out existing swale, Haul existing spoil pile (approx 75’L x 20’w x 10’h ) off site for disposal and grade area for proper drainage. Site has little grade change. Total Approximate tons - 165 2) Croghan Tower - Widen shoulders both sides 3’, add push off area (250 sf) at start of curve. Flatten debris to left of driveway and top driveway with 3” of 1½” minus crushed stone and shape for drainage. Site has little grade change Total Approximate tons - 77 3) Lyonsdale Tower - Re-grade area above entrance to allow for better drainage and seed back, remove trees 10’ to the right of driveway and top driveway with 3” of 1 ½” minus crushed stone and shape for drainage. Site has little grade change Total Approximate tons - 67 4) Gomer Hill Tower - Remove up to (5) trees from left side, widen driveway to left 5’, shape swales on both sides for drainage to reach road swale, add check dams every 50’ and top driveway with 3” of 1½” minus crushed stone and shape for drainage. Site has 150’ elevation change Total Approximate tons - 350 5) NYPA Tower - Top entire driveway with 3” of 1.5” minus crushed stone (approx 500’) and shape for drainage including area in front of gate. Site has little grade change. Total Approximate tons - 100
