Description The project consists of: Construction of a new membrane nanofiltration building for water softening. Improvements include a new building of approximately 5,800-square foot in area with cartridge filters, nanofiltration equipment, chemical feed facilities, HVAC and plumbing systems, and related pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation and controls, and all associated architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work. Construction of a new water supply well and the abandonment of existing well 5. Construction of ah approximately 450-foot long discharge line with headwall to the river. New electric generator.
