La Crosse Plow Building - Civil Package

In general, the Project consists of the civil portion of a building renovation project that will be bid separately at a later date. Work includes demolition of exterior features and paving. Work also includes excavation, backfill, piping penetrations, water supply and storm drain piping, concrete and asphaltic paving, striping, signage, fabricated handrails and decorative fencing Lump-sum bids will be received for a single prime construction contract for the work of this bid package. Electronic Bidding Documents (.pdf) will be available from HSR Associates, Inc. via Sharefile electronic distribution and will be distributed to the listed Builders Exchanges. Electronic versions of addenda will be distributed via the same systems. HSR Associates is responsible for distribution of addenda only to those who have requested project documents from HSR in formats described above. HSR Associates will make AutoCAD files available to the Contractor following award of contract. Bid Security is not required. Payment and Performance bonds will not be required of the selected Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidder.
