Pool Remarcite and Caulking- Sheldon Pool

Pool Floor Refinish 1. Drain pool taking precaution to prevent uplift. Pool was installed in water bearing soil. Contractor is responsible for removing debris. 2. Remove all existing marcite and lane line tile and targets, exposing concrete foundation according to state and federal guidelines. Pool marcite demolition material shall be legally disposed of. Contractor to provide dumpster. 3. Reuse main drain covers. 4. Clean and prep foundation concrete for proper application of marcite, including repair of any broken steps. 5. Apply a scratch coat 6. Apply Diamond Brite or approved equivalent 7. Upon completion of marcite coat, filling of the pool to begin. 8. Contractor shall provide an option to truck in 50,000 gallons of water 9. Job site shall be cleaned and cleared to ready space for operation to public Caulk Gutter Perimeter Caulk between pool gutter and edge of concrete decking 1. Remove current caulking sealant 2. Clean and prep surface for proper adhesion of new caulk, including adding new backer 3. Caulk approximately 330 linear feet using Sikaflex Sealant Caulk or approved equivalent. See attached Sikaflex product specifications 4. Provide applicable warrantees
