RFQ Design- Feasibility Study for a New Police Station

The City of Westfield is soliciting qualifications for professional Designer Services for a feasibility study for a new Police Station, RFQ 22-019 in Westfield, MA The initial contract will be for a feasibility study. The City of Westfield will negotiate the fee for this phase. Applicants should demonstrate a record of successful experience with projects of this magnitude, and more importantly with the studies of similar Police Stations in Massachusetts in the recent past. The City of Westfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids wholly or in part; to waive technicalities and informalities; to amend and/or cancel bid prior to the time of opening; to make awards in a manner deemed best to the City; to correct any award erroneously made as a result of a clerical error on the part of the City.
