Community Park Parking Lot Expansion

As of August 22, 2022. Project is canceled and will be rebid. No specific time for rebid. The project consists of general excavation, subgrade compaction/proof-rolling, installation, and subbase paving operations; and all other associated work listed herein, and as indicated on the plans. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/8/2022 12:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Freemansburg Borough; or a Bid Bond in favor of Freemansburg Borough, in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Freemansburg Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
