Soliere Avenue Water Transmission Main Project

Scope of Work. Contractor shall furnish any and all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, services and facilities for the Soliere Avenue Water Transmission Main Project ("Project"). The Project scope is specific to the attached Special Provisions ("Exhibit A"). Contractor shall construct the Project for the Owner in a good, workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Owner through its engineers and under the direction and supervision of the City Engineer, or his properly authorized agents including but not limited to project managers and project engineers. Contractor's work shall be strictly pursuant to and in conformity with the Contract. General Attachments required. Exhibit C - 7 Bid Schedule needs to be fully filled out and included in the General Attachments Project Type Bid Response Types Line Items General Attachment (required) Type of Award Lump Sum Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A No The Project will involve a full plant shutdown to construct new static mixer vault and provide new static mixer in the raw water piping, remove and replace basin isolation valves, abandon basin tie valves and piping, repair channel trough and remove and replace MCC buckets. The Project will also require a partial plant shutdown in order to demo major mechanical equipment and structural supports and modifications, and provide basin floor sloping, install mechanical equipment, coat channel trough, and provide channel trough covers, and electrical modifications for one basin (Project). This summary is not a comprehensive account of the Project. The plan sets and specifications attached hereto shall be considered a comprehensive detail of the work to be performed .
