| Description | The project consists of a 4,800 sq. ft. building expansion and other related building work for the Wade Township Fire Station. Each proposal shall contain the name of every person or firm interested in the same and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft or certified check for not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid. Work on this project is subject to the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130). The Wade Township Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable to the Fire Protection District. Required qualifications of all General Contractors shall be a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience or previous municipal construction experience. |
