North Lincoln Street Culvert Replacement

Replace 45 L.F. of 36-inch CMP culvert with 42-inch HDPE Culvert on North Lincoln Street The proposed improvements, hereinafter called The Work, includes the following: 1. Excavation including milling of asphalt surfaces or other removal of asphalt paving, uncovering and removing utility structures, rock ledge, or other unsuitable material. 2. Replacement of storm utility drainage pipe and headwalls, including protection of work and maintaining sediment and erosion controls during all phases of the work. 3. Preparation and construction of asphalt pavement base, leveling, and wear courses. 4. Placement and compaction of shoulder or other gravel courses. Questions regarding this project shall be directed to Purchasing & Contract Services Manager, in writing, via the current project database Each BID must be accompanied by a BID bond payable to the OWNER for five percent of the total amount of the BID The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his bid.
