Provide a turn-key installed Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI) system. Alternate proposals for Automated Meter Reading (AMR) systems with service-oriented architecture are encouraged. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, automated meters procurement and installation, hardware, software, hosting, integration with existing financial systems, testing, and training.
