Description

Remove old 90% furnace and all duct work in the basement. Replace furnace with an 80% efficiency. New duct work, both supply and return air runs in the basement. New flue will be needed to connect to chimney and sized according to furnace specifications and comply with IRC 2015 code. Install new rain cap in the existing chimney flue on the roof. Permit is required.
