| Description | Services The Department of Veterans Affairs Hudson Valley Healthcare System is seeking the following: Installation of Quartz Epoxy Floor System Kitchen floor. Period of Performance is 25 calendar days to limit down time in kitchen (begin work within 20 days of Award and finish within five days). The contractor must provide containment of dust and smells before any floor prep is started. The contractor must maintain the containment during the work until job is completed and accepted by the VA. The contractor is to prep the floor to receive new Quartz Epoxy Floor System. Area size is approximately 28 x 36 plus 6 cove base. Contractor is required to submit color samples for approval prior to the start of work. Contractor is required to ensure proper pitch to drains for floor drains within the space. Contractor is required to ensure that all tools and equipment is in good working condition. |
