| Description | Installation of underground conduit via directional bore, machine trench and/or hand dig to install electrical conduit; sizes including 1.25 inch to 4 inch. Montgomery County will supply vendor with electrical conduit fittings and couplers. Vendor will supply all other required materials. Installation of ground boxes to specification listed below in varying sizes as indicated in the pricing section. Montgomery County will supply vendor with ground boxes. Ground boxes supplied by Montgomery County will be made of a polymer concrete. Vendor will supply all other required materials. Installation of armored fiber optic cable supplied by Montgomery County in new or existing conduit. Splicing and testing will be performed by others. Vendor will be held responsible for damage to fiber if cable fails any post installation test. |
