Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue Sidewalk Improvements (Northeast 99th Street - Northeast 117th Street)

The project will create a continuous sidewalk network from Northeast 99th Street to Northeast 117th Street, retrofit existing ADA ramps, provide designated bike lanes on both sides of Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue from Northeast 99th Street to Northeast 117th Street, add Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons and illumination, and move the mid-block crossing for Sacajawea Elementary School south to the intersection of Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue with Northeast 112th Street. Primary bid items: Pedestrian Traffic Control, Project Temporary Traffic Control, HMA Class 3/8 In. PG 58H-22, Structural Earth Wall, Cement Conc. Traffic Curb and Gutter, Cement Conc. Sidewalk, Cement Conc. Curb Ramp, Previous Cement Conc. Sidewalk, Illumination System.Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory contract bond, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to Clark County.
