Purchase and Installation of Bricks

Brick pavers and installation services for various projects throughout the City in accordance with the below specifications. Bids shall include all costs associated with the delivery/freight. Historically, the City purchases approximately 150,000 bricks annually; however, this is only an estimate to assist in the bidding process and is in no way a guarantee that the same number will be purchased in the future. The manufacturers/colors listed are for reference purposes only – the City will accept bids on equal alternates. The City reserves the right to request pricing for additional bricks not listed in the item list. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor and equipment necessary to complete work specified in the project scope in a workmanlike manner to minimize disruption to adjoining roadway structures and landscape. City shall be responsible for clearly delineating project location and scope of work, as well as providing all materials required to complete the work. For each project, the City shall submit a Work Order and schedule of completion to the Contractor. Any Maintenance of Traffic needs will be provided by the City.
