Description

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to perform pure water maintenance and repair services on the systems indicated in the contract. Attachment 1 provides specific information for each system including type, brand and model number and location of the system. The pricing schedule for base and option years shall be submitted as part of your proposal.
