| Description | The scope of work will include renovations to Classroom 266A. The remodeling work will include selective demolition, new flooring, paint, suspended ceilings, LED lights, power, data, rework of HVAC ducts, sprinkler piping, and minor metal stud and gypsum board wall construction. The room will be outfitted with existing items currently stored on campus by the Owner. Those repurposed existing items include wood laboratory benches, wall casework, epoxy tops, articulating exhaust snorkels, and ducted fume hood. |
