Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems

Seeking proposals for the testing and installation of Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems (ERRCS) to be tested and/or installed at up to One-hundred seventy seven (177) Denver Public Schools to increase signal strength in each school (where applicable) in accordance with 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), 2019 Denver Building and Fire Code Amendments (DBFCA) and DPS Design and Construction Standards Section 28. The scope of this project includes all testing, design, development, coding (if needed), licensing (required), ERRCSs, associated amplifiers, antennas, cabling, power, and uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), and cost of installation (if needed) for each school within the District. The location of each ERRCS installation and associated components shall be determined by a collective agreement between the vendor and designated school representatives to achieve the optimal location for signal distribution, functional access to service/repair ERRCS components, and non-interference with school operations. As part of the project scope the each contractor shall be responsible to submits to the Owner the closeout procedures identified in Specification SECTION 01 77 00 Closeout Procedures.
