Tidewater Community College seeks a qualified vendor to provide new Community Playthings(TM) or equivalent furniture for the Portsmouth Childcare Center Campus and the Norfolk Childcare Center Campus which will include delivery and installation. Payments for any resultant contract will be made by the VCCS in accordancewith Article 4 ofthe Virginia Public Procurement Act, Article 4 "Prompt Payment"(Code of Virginia 2.2-4347 et. seq.) Payment will be made within 30 days of a proper invoice. The Contractor shall submit monthly invoices to the VCCS for all services completed. It is anticipated that this will be paid via check. Vendors shall submit proper invoices to: invoice@ssc.vccs.edu or Virginia Community College System, Shared Services Center, ATTN: Accounts Payable; 147 Daleville Centre Drive, Daleville, Virginia 24083. Pricing is required to be filled out via eVA. The contractor shall furnish all necessary transportation, supervision, labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and supplies to provide the services described herein.
