HSC.Building. 55G - Air Compressor System

For skid mounted oil-free rotary screw or scroll-type air compressor, regenerative desiccant dryer, filtration and air receiver system. Provide all equipment and materials to replace the existing 10 hp (30 hp total) Amico ASCD-T-200P-BS-N-100P vivarium equipment compressed air system. The system shall meet or exceed the performance of the existing. System shall include multiple air compressors, corrosion resistant air receiver, desiccant air dryers with purge control, control panel and dew point monitor. Air compressors shall be multiplexed with receiver tank and sized such that 100 percent of the design load is carried with the largest single unit out of service. Package shall be provided with single point connections for electrical, discharge air, and condensate drains. All interconnecting piping, wiring, and vibration isolation pads shall be included with the system.
