Bensalem High School Gym HVAC Upgrades Project

The Bensalem Township School District, 3000 Donallen Drive, Bensalem, PA 19020 is accepting bids for Bensalem High School Gym HVAC Upgrades Project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier s check, or the bid of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of the Bensalem Township School District. Proposals may not be withdrawn by the Bidder for a period not to exceed 60 calendar days following the actual date of the opening thereof, except as provided by Act No. 4 (1974) of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Notice is herby given that the project for which construction proposals are being solicited hereby is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act/ Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
