Scope of Work: 1. R & R back entry door shall be 1 ¾” pre-hung solid core insulated (metal or fiberglass) or foam core, such as Simpson or Stanley, and shall include a new threshold, weather-strip and hardware, including new lockset and single-throw deadbolt, wide angle peephole and hung on three brass finished steel butt hinges. All exterior doors shall include new weather stripping and threshold. All weather-stripping must be good quality and durable (not self-adhesive). 2. Install battery operated smoke detectors in 2 bedrooms (2 detectors). 3. R&R light fixtures in the bathroom. Replace interior with wall wall lantern sconce. Finish to be selected by homeowner. All new interior light fixtures shall include compact florescent bulbs (CFL). Lamps not to exceed fixture rating.
