The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, material, equipment, supplies, transportation and services to do all items necessary to provide pre and post TV inspection, cleaning, rehabilitation and trenchless reconstruction of portion of the Citys underground sanitary sewer system. The system includes underground gravity main and service laterals and the removal of protruding service laterals (hammer taps). The Contractor shall provide the following applications in meeting the Citys requirements stated in this Scope of Services. CuredInPlacePipe (CIPP) Reconstruction of existing pipe via inserting resinimpregnated flexible felt/fiberglass tube into the existing pipe, cured by external heat source. The work should be constructed in accordance with ASTM F1216-09 and or ASTM F1216 Standard Practice For Rehabilitation Of Existing Pipelines And Conduits By The Inversion And Curing Of A Resin Impregnated Tube
