Description

Qualified contractors (“Contractor”) to provide locating services of underground utilities for the Pensacola Energy natural gas distribution system. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all laws and regulations of the State of Florida and the Sunshine 811 System in the performance of locating utilities as well as compliance with the Pipeline Safety Improvement Act (PSIA) of 2002 and guidance provided by the American Petroleum Institute (API) Recommended Practice (RP) 1162, “Public Awareness Programs for Pipeline Operators”
