The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this project which entails culvert replacement with a precast three-sided frame. Work also includes placing scour protection in the stream channel. Pavement limits include reconstruction of areas disturbed by construction activities as well as adjustment of the superelevation though an adjacent horizontal curve. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. LOCATION: Sussex County PRE-BID MEETING: No All work on this contract must be complete within 61 Calendar Days. Extensions of contract time due to weather are specified in the Standard Specifications Section 108.7F, weather days. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about October 22, 2022.
