Description

These locations do not currently have security cameras and will require the contractor/subcontractor to install independent powersources, not connected to tenant electricity at each of the five locations. The cameras would be wired through the attic spaces to an Outdoor climate controlled NEMA box that is mounted on two galvanized steel posts set in concrete (alternate solutions to how/where locked, secure NEMA boxes (must have NEMA rating) are located/installed may be considered if in the best interest of the SHA) The location of the camera equipment should be high and not easily accessible to reduce the risk of vandalism and/or tampering of the equipment. Electrical Work at Each of the Five Locations 1. The project requires an independent power source at each location which includes meters, (100-amp service), breaker box, and outlets for equipment. 2. The Stanton locations and 623 E Black location will have electrical to be wired underground and the Adams and Monroe locations will have electrical to be wired overhead. Note: There will be one building at each location that will have both the electrical wired and all cameras will be installed on the one wired building
