| Description | Jackson County Courthouse - Selective Demolition and Abestos Abatement Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The Construction Manager at Risk Joe D. Hall LLC, shall reserve the option to bid any package advertised in the solicitation for bid. A cashiers check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of (5%) of the bid shall accompany the submitted proposal of each bidder.
