WWTP Boiler Burner and Control System Replacement Project

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Watertown, Purchasing Department for the following, furnish complete to specifications: WWTP Boiler Burner and Control System Replacement Project. The award of this bid is subject to appropriation of funds necessary by the City of Watertown. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, deemed not to be in the best interest of the City, at the sole discretion of the City of Watertown. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. This is to be a lump sum bid. 2. Removal and disposal of the existing burner and control system as directed by the City Engineer, and the WWTP manager offices. 3. Supply and install one (1) Power Flame C3-GG-20HTD Natural Gas burner with Autoflame Mini MK8 Combustion Control system. Contractor is responsible for all system disconnects, parts installation, system reconnects, system startups, and any testing required. 4. The burner features are to be as follow: - 1 - 1.5 HP 3 PH Blower Motor - 1 - Manual Pot. With Manual/Auto switch - 1 - Modulating Gas butterfly metering valve - 1 - Gas pilot with 6 KV ignition transformer - 1 - Prepurge: Proven open damper prepurge sequence - 1 - Fixed Premix tube - 1 - Gas train: B20-Mod-UL-M -1 - 2" Ball valve leak test cock -1 - LPG-A 2-14 Tn. Low Pressure Switch - 1 - 2" Motorized valve body/actuator W/ Proof of closure - 1 - HGP-A 2-16 In. Manual reset high gas pressure switch - 1 - 2" RV-91 Main gas pressure regulator -1 - 2" Ball Valve Main Gas shutoff cock - 1 - Protonode in the gateway for monitoring via the BACNET to switch fuels remotely
