Riverview Estates Treatment System Replacement Construction of Riverview Treatment System Replacement For Existing Sites on the Fort Berthold Reservation Mountrail, North Dakota The Owner will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a replacement wastewater treatment system on the Fort Berthold Reservation, Mountrail, North Dakota. The scope of the work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of the following: packaged trickling filters, fiberglass duplex lift station, distribution manhole, sewer piping, force main piping, electrical services, standby generator, liquid propane tank, connections to existing manhole, removal of septic tanks, removal of existing treatment system, water line extension, and all other related site work, valves, fittings, and other appurtenances to complete the work as specified. The contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. Funding for the work is provided by the Federal Government, and payments on the work will be processed by the Owner and the Federal Agency providing the funding. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Site Directions: Site is located approximately 1/2 mile east of the ND Hwy 23 and 87th AVE NW intersection. 0.3 miles south of ND Hwy 23 Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this work. Failure to visit the Site and obtain a general feeling for the location of the described work will not relieve the Contractor from the requirement to furnish all materials and perform all jobs necessary to complete the Work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents.
