Champions Run Manhole Rehabilitation

As of August 25, 2022. The project has been awarded with the amount of $105,748.50. Providing all Materials, Equipment, and Labor for the Rehabilitation and Lining of eight (8) manholes along Champions Run Outfall It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure examination of the bid documents and site and to submit any questions / requests for clarification as directed within the Bid Documents. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a Bid Bond, or a Certified or Cashiers Check to the order of the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid and a Consent of Surety form from a surety company licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, engaging to furnish, upon award of the Contract, a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work and the appropriate insurance certificate. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening, thereof. Award of bid will be made at a later date. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
