Description

1. Allen Street from the intersection of Hwy 123 to the end of the street. 2. The total area to be overlayed is approximately 546 feet in length. The width of the streets are approximately 13-14 feet wide. 3. The thickness shall be 1 1/2 inches thick. 4. All areas shall be cleared of dust and debri before actual laying of asphalt. 5. Asphalt mixture shall meet DOTD standards and requirements for overlay over existing streets. 6. All work for overlay over existing streets shall follow DOTD standards and requirements as defined in Part V — Asphaltic Pavements in the DOTD bluebook.
