No Bids, likely to Rebid in January 2023 The Project includes the following Work: Chip sealing and fog sealing Broad Street from railroad crossing to south village limit. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 5,950 Syd Seal, Single Chip 5,950 Syd Seal, Fog 270 Syd Pavt Repr, HMA 9,730 Ft Crack Sealing, HMA Pavt Bids will be received for a single prime Contract: Broad Street Resurfacing, 22C0020 Bidding documents must be purchased from the Engineer. Bids submitted on forms obtained anywhere besides the office of ROWE Professional Services Company will not be accepted. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Instructions to Bidders Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Village of Holly, hereinafter called the Owner, reservesthe right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractors obligations under the Contract. These bonds must remain in effect until one year after the date when final payment becomes due or until completion of the correction period specified in Paragraph 15.08, whichever is later, except as provided otherwise by Laws or Regulations, the terms of a prescribed bond form, the Supplementary Conditions, or other provisions of the Contract.
