Nicolet Union High School - Referendum Athletics Redevelopment Project

Retaining Walls, Concrete Pavement, Sewer and Water Construction, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Fencing/Guardrails/Handrails, Stormwater Improvements, Landscaping - Seeding, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) New 14 tennis court, stadium track and synthetic turf competition field redevelopment, and new synthetic turf soccer field and stadium. CONTRACT "A" GENERAL SITE CONSTRUCTION 1. Site improvements with work including, but not limited to, erosion control, demolition, earthwork, landscaping, underground utilities (storm, sanitary and water), dense graded base, synthetic turf base materials, finish grading, curbing, asphalt pavement, concrete flatwork, athletic equipment, restoration, masonry columns, shade structure, and fencing. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "B" - SITE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION 1. Electrical construction for the site with work including, but not limited to, service, conduits, panels, switches, receptacles, outlets, light fixtures, wiring, re-wiring, site lighting, excavation, backfilling, compaction, concrete bases, disposal of excess material, and utility coordination. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3.
