Hansen via email at allison.hansen@co.cape-may.nj.us INTENT: The County of Cape May (hereinafter, "County") is seeking a qualified vendor to install 2" Polyethylene water service pipe to the existing Public Works storage building located at 11 Holmes Creek Road (CR 609), Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. This bid is for installation of materials, site work, and labor to complete the scope of work. The 2019 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, of the New Jersey Department of Transportation as amended herein will govern the construction of this project and the execution of the contract. Any section, subsection, subpart, or subheading included in these special provisions shall amend and replace in its entirety such section, subsection, subpart or subheading of the 2019 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, unless otherwise noted. These special provisions shall supersede any conflicting provisions of the 2019 standard specifications.
