Description

Provide all preliminary engineering services for the bridge replacement of Montgomery County Bridge 275, Waverly Road over Tacony Creek, Cheltenham Township. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to: project management, administration and meetings; field surveys; environmental studies (including historic and archaeological resources investigations, hazardous waste evaluations, wetland identification, delineation and mitigation, agricultural resources and Section 4(f) evaluations, PNDI and threatened and endangered species research); Categorical Exclusion Evaluation preparation; subsurface utility investigation; preliminary plans preparation (including roadway, maintenance and protection of traffic, signing and pavement marking, utility, drainage, right-of-way); preliminary geotechnical engineering report; hydraulics and hydrologic report; type, size and location submission; utility coordination; SUE; field view(s); Design Field View submission; pavement design; coordination for design exceptions, PA DEP and Army Corps of Engineering permitting; preliminary erosion and sedimentation control plan/NPDES permit preparation; and Quality Development Preparation. Final Design and Construction Services will be supplemented.
