North Creek Greenway Improvements

This project generally consists of supplying certain specified materials, equipment, and labor to perform bituminous removal, common excavation, ADA pedestrian ramps, bituminous trail overlay, storm sewer utilities, amenity nodes, landscaping, pedestrian bridge, and other related activities within the City of Apple Valley. Any, and all questions bidders may have in connection with this solicitation are to be directed by email only to: Jodie.scheidt@applevalleymn.gov No bidder questions will be addressed after 12:00 pm on Friday, April 7, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The successful bidder must be a "responsible contractor.
