Building 22 Reroof

1. Replace all metal roof panels and insulation, all fascia, trim, downspouts and gutters 2. Replace all windows 3. Exterior siding and doors to be pressure cleaned 4. Obtain all required permits 5. Take precautions to prevent catastrophic or uncontrolled collapse of structures to be removed; do not allow worker or public access within range of potential collapse. 6. Provide, erect, and maintain temporary barriers and waterproof protection to existing structure as required. 7. Conduct operations to minimize effects on and interference with adjacent structures and occupants. 8. Conduct operations to minimize obstruction of public and private entrances and exits 9. Perform demolition in a manner that maximizes salvage and recycling of materials
