Description

The project consists of roadway widening to allow for an auxiliary left turn lane for 3 separate intersections on to State Highway 340 (Broadway). The total project length is approximately 1/4 mile. A portion of the widening will encroach into a significant cut slope requiring excavation and stabilization by constructing a soil nail wall approximately 300 feet in length and maximum height of 8 feet. Work will include minor utility relocations and modification of a storm/ irrigation drain system.
