On-Call Landscape Architects 2020

Description: The City of Oakland Public Works seeks to establish a list of prequalified landscape architectural firms to provide services on various landscape architectural projects that involve renovations to existing facilities and/or new construction, such as such as parks, playgrounds, ballfields, and trails. Services may include but are not limited to the following: site surveys, site assessments, park planning, programming, facilitating community meetings and other outreach or analysis, preparation of conceptual through construction design documents, regulatory permit applications, cost estimating, and construction support. The prime consultant shall be licensed to practice in the State of California. As individual projects arise, a detailed scope of work will be developed, and projects will be solicited to all prequalified firms through a competitive Request for Proposal process. Construction costs of individual projects will vary.
