Description Provide the service of maintaining these planting beds and grass areas to a be a model or standard that other municipalities would use as a standard of excellence in maintenance. Maintenance will include, an immaculate year round appearance, spring mulching will be necessary to the far east landscape bed as well as the far west bed and will be completed by the end of April. All mulch is to be black premium mulch to add a contrast to the color on the beds. Mulching will need to be freshened in August/September to retain a dark clean appearance. Add river stone around all the bedding areas as needed at the request of the Public Works Director. Provide weeding & spot spray at least twice per month so that all areas have a pristine, well kept, landscape appearance at all times. Remove all trash, including cigarette butts. Contract Term: This work will be effective in 2019. Term is for a period of one year (2019), with an option for a renewal of two additional years (2020-2021).
