Seasonal Color and Landscape Maintenance

The successful Vendor shall provide, deliver, and install seasonal colors for Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, to 123 locations within the City for the duration of the contract. The successful Vendor shall also provide landscape maintenance services for 152 perennial/shrubs/tree beds within the City for the duration of the contract Seasonal Color Locations (123) All locations are within the City of Wheaton, on property owned and operated by the City of Wheaton. Central Business District (CBD): 97 - 3ft x 3ft round pots, 12 - 2.5ft x 2.5ft railcar planters Downtown Metra Station (West Front St.): 5 - 5.5ft x 3.5ft planers & 1 - 2.5ft x 2.5ft planter Liberty Square (West Liberty Dr.): 2 - 100sq/ft in-ground beds Police Station (West Liberty Dr.): 1 - 5ft x 5ft planter & 1 - 3ft x 3ft planter Public Works (West Liberty Dr.): 2 - 3ft x 3ft round pots North West Street Beds: 1 - 50ft x 2.5ft in-ground bed & 1 - 60ft x 3.5ft in-ground bed Landscape Maintenance Locations (152) All locations are within the City of Wheaton, on property owned and operated by the City of Wheaton. Central Business District (CBD): 121 landscape beds Downtown Metra Station (West Front St.) Liberty Square (West Liberty Dr.) North Gateway (North Main St.): 19 landscape beds South Gateway (South Main St.): 10 landscape beds Question Deadline 09/13/2023 at 11:00 AM CT This agreement shall be effective for three (3) years, from January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2026. The City, at its option, may extend this agreement for two (2) additional one-year terms
