One-Time Trash & Rubbish Removal and Disposal One-time removal and disposal of all movable furnishings (including carpeting), equipment (electronic/hazardous waste) and supplies (FES) from the Residence, and removal and disposal of all FES from the exterior of the Residence. Below are some examples of what the contract(s) will entail, and what items are not required to be removed/disposed of: This shall include but is not limited to all free-standing items in the interior of the homes, including basements and attics, any garages or sheds and any items located in the immediate exterior of the homes. This shall include all furniture, garbage, electronics, paint, tools, free standing appliances, etc. This shall not include any carpets, wallpaper, ceiling tiles, cabinets, counters, wall mounted appliances and fixtures, brush on the exterior of the homes, etc. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage is not applicable to this contract(s). Pursuant to the Broome County Charter & Code, refuse generated from within Broome County is required to be disposed at the Broome County Landfill.
