Downs Boulevard) in Pasco County, Florida. Improvements are Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) that include: signal cabinets, signal controllers, CCTV cameras, ITS hub buildings, video monitors, Bluetooth(R) AVI Systems, MVDS, 144-count fiber optic cable in new conduit, crosswalks, intersection lighting, sidewalk connections, pedestrian signals, and milling and resurfacing for pavement marking eradication.
