Description | The following attachment documents are incorporated into and are a part of the solicitation document: Exhibit A - Drawings - IFB 1042022CDO Canyon Del Oro HS North Gym HVAC Conversion- Design Plan Exhibit B - Specs - IFB 1042022CDO Canyon Del Oro HS North Gym HVAC Conversion- Specs *The Scope of the work is defined by the Contractor Documents (Design Plans & Specs) and consists of the following: Replacement of Evaporative units with HVAC systems.* Evaporative cooling units will be replaced HVAC systems. All associated equipment connections and curbing will be removed. Roof openings will be patched by approved contractor to maintain roofing warranty. New roof openings and curbing will be made to accommodate new HVAC units. Two small "crane" systems will be incorporated to reduce danger of lifting maintenance equipment to high roofs. Questions concerning this solicitation must be directed to, Purchasing/Warehouse Manager in writing at kmendoza@amphi.com and submitted no later than 4 pm on the Wednesday the day of September 21, 2022. If necessary, an amendment with answers to all questions received by this date may be published Friday, September 23, 2022 on Portal. Offerors must acknowledge any amendments on the Offeror Information page of this solicitation. Offerors may not rely on verbal responses to inquiries. A 10% bid bond is required with the Contractor's bid response. Upon bid award, the successful Contractor shall: Provide payment and performance bonding in the amount of the bid award. The start date will be confirmed by the District and communicated to the Contractor upon issuing the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of $1,500.00 for each day the work is not complete after the agreed upon completion date. PN - 21030, 2022-35 |
