2023 Street Improvements

The work consists of three rural street improvements, including Ginger Avenue, Harder Avenue, and Falcon Avenue with bituminous paving, and associated work. The work includes the following approximate quantities for construction: Mill Bituminous Pavement (1.5) 160 SY Sawing Bituminous Pavement (Full Depth) 665 LF Remove Bituminous Pavement 245 SY Sawing Concrete Pavement (Full Depth) 30 LF Aggregate Surfacing 1,350 TON Bituminous Pavement (All Mixes) 8,150 TON Subgrade Excavation (EV) 210 CY. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. 60 Plato Boulevard East, Suite 140, St. Paul, MN 55107-1835 The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
