Snow Hauling 2022-2023

Snow Hauling for the Town of North Attleborough during Removal Operations. Proposals complying with the bid documents will be received for the On-call Snow and Material Hauling invitation for bid until the specified closing time. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in a sealed envelope marked "Bid-On-Call Snow and Material Hauling Services Bid 2022-2023" on the outside and addressed to: Mark Hollowell, Director of Public Works, 49 Whiting Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760 All Bidders must read Instructions and Terms before completing the Bid Form. The Town is soliciting bids for On-call Snow and Material Hauling services with Truck and Equipment rental per the bid specifications, drawings and general conditions. Any omission(s) or items(s) may void the bid. Successful vendor(s) will be required to furnish an insurance certificate naming the Town of North Attleborough as additionally insured. All bidders must comply with the Massachusetts requirements regarding labor and bidding, including Equal Opportunity Laws. Applications may be rejected if any of the required information is missing or out of date. The Town will not accept any rates higher than those established in Appendix B. The Town will determine the base rate for each piece of equipment based upon inspection. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
