Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC - Install owner supplied RTUs. Supply and install fully insulated ductwork and diffusers. Framing/Drywall - Install fire rated partition wall at expansion space. Install Z-furring, rigid insulation and sheetrock on exterior block walls. Paint - Paint new interior walls, door frames and floor striping. Paint exterior walls, doors and bollards. Sealed Concrete - Seal new parts area F only. Glass - Supply and install new windows on addition and faux spandrel windows on existing building. Excavation/Utilities - Demo existing paving, sidewalks, and curbs. Demo utilities.
