For Jackson Water Plant Improvements - Phase 2 - Project 2D Project Location: 506 Eastview Ct, Jackson, MO 63755 No prebid meeting will be held for this project. The Work in general consists of miscellaneous structural, process, electrical, and mechanical upgrades to the existing WTP No.2 to include, without limitation, upgrades to ex. gas chlorine feed room, construction of new hydrofluosilicic acid feed room, new high service pump power & controls, filter abandonment, and misc. electrical upgrades. Work also includes installation of third (3) high service pump at WTP No.1 with expansion of ex. MCC to accommodate new pump. The Work includes miscellaneous facility instrument and controls upgrades which will be performed by Blakely & Associates, Inc. of Chillicothe, MO as a pre-negotiated Contract Allowance included as a component of the total Construction Contract between the Owner and the General Contractor.
