Repair Fire Protection System & Renovate H250

Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of this Summary of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: “Repair (R&M/SUS) Fire Protection System & Renovate H250” at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. But not limited to, please review the specifications for a complete scope of work. Magnitude of Construction: $10M - $25M Prevailing Wages apply. Contract Duration = 365days Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Monday, 22 Aug 2022 at 10:00 AM CDT and Wednesday, 24 Aug 2022 at 10:00 AM CDT. Participants are to meet in the front conference room at 19 CONS, B-642. Please advise no later than 18 Aug 2022 at 3:00 PM CDT who will be attending either site visit, that will require to be escorted onto the base. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must make arrangements with the contracting office to be escorted onto the base. Amendment 1, 2 and 3 have been released. *Two prices are required Please provide two prices: 1. the price you are able to hold for 120 days. 2. hold for 150 days.
